NOVA-ONE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
  • Title of products sold passes to the customer upon delivery of item to the freight carrier.
  • All serum based products are shipped frozen packed with dry ice or ice packs in insulated shippers.
  • Urine based products are shipped refrigerated unless other wise requested.
  • Freight, duty, VAT, and other charger are the responsibility of the customer
  • Unless otherwise specified, NOVA-ONE Diagnostics® utilizes a courier of its choice.
  • International customers please inform at the time of ordering if you utilize a specific freight forwarder. (NOVA-ONE Diagnostics® cannot be held responsible for delayed custom clearance and other delays beyond our control.)
  • Inspect all shipments immediately. Notify us within 3 business days of any shortage, otherwise these shipments will be considered complete.
  • In the event of freight damage, notify NOVA-ONE Diagnostics® and the freight carrier in writing within ten (10) days. (Claims for loss are the responsibility of the customer.)
  • Do not return any goods without authorization.
PAYMENTS:

Our payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for inventoried products. Custom orders may require an advanced payment. All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. Please remit domestic payments to :

WARRANTY

All products are guaranteed to meet NOVA-ONE Diagnostic’s internal specifications at the time of printing and at original point of delivery. However, we reserve the right to re-define performance specifications as additional data and methods become available. A product certification sheet will be supplied with each lot of material delivered and are guaranteed to meet stated claims. NOVA-ONE Diagnostics reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of any product, which is deemed unacceptable. All defective material claims must be made in writing within ninety (90) days of receipt of products. Any product that has been altered, stored improperly or expired will not be considered for return. Only unopened products may be returned.

Return of goods must be authorized by NOVA-ONE Diagnostics and will only be accepted with a return Authorization number. No return of custom products will be authorized if product meets the specifications originally agreed upon prior to shipment. Additionally, order cancellation of custom prepared products will not be accepted after manufacturing authorization has been given. Unless otherwise indicated, the products listed herein are intended for human in-vitro diagnostic use. Always consult labeling. No NOVA-ONE Diagnostics products may be returned for credit unless products are deemed defective and are under warranty.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

NOVA-ONE DIAGNOSTICS warrants that its products conform to the information contained in this and other NOVA-ONE DIAGNOSTICS publications. Website information may not be up to date. Purchaser must determine suitability of the product for his/her particular use. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO CASE SHALL NOVA-ONE DIAGNOSTICS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE BUYER OR THIRD PARTIES. By accepting shipments from NOVA-ONE DIAGNOSTICS, the buyer explicitly recognizes and agrees to these Conditions of Sale.

All products labeled "For Research Use" must be used for research use only in the U.S. and not for in vitro or diagnostic or clinical use. All products should be used in accordance with their labeled intended use.
