2009 NOD® AAFP Proficiency Testing for Abaxis Piccolo

 

Please order your 2009 Proficiency Modules before December 1, 2008 to ensure specimen availability for 2009. Choose from the program that fits your lab's needs:

  • "Waived" 3 events per year X 2 levels each time for $177 or
  • "Non-Waived" 3 events per year X 5 levels each time for $252

Both programs entail the $75 AAFP registration fee which can also be applied if additional proficiencies are going to also be required during the year, such as Urinalysis - Fecal Occult Blood - Blood Lead (Waived) - Infectious Mononucleosis (Waived) - etc.

Shipments are:

  • March 2, 2009
  • June 1, 2009
  • October 5, 2009

Incremental pricing is available for labs entering the program after the initial sample shipment.
